It is such a blessing that Rev. Fr. Teodulo “Jojo” Franco was a part of our event, A SPECIAL DATE with SPECIAL PEOPLE, a distribution of Mobility Aids consisting of: 47 Wheelchairs, 2 Walkers,
3 Standard Canes, 3 Quadruped Canes &
4 Crutches. These aids were given out to enlisted recipients.
